Community Management Concepts of Florida Helps Educate Community Association Board Members Through Free Board Member Seminar
Clearwater, FL - Community Management Concepts, Inc. (CMC), an Associa Company in Clearwater, FL, will be hosting a FREE Board Member Seminar on Monday, September 14, 2009 at the Hampton Inn & Suites Largo. This community association industry seminar will include informative sessions on a variety of topics related to homeowner associations and the challenges facing communities today. A continental breakfast will be served.
CMC conducts free board member seminars several times a year to help educate and inform board members about the changing dynamics and governances of community association living. Previous seminars have covered well-timed topics on foreclosures, budgeting, fiduciary responsibility, association insurance, hurricane preparedness, maintenance and long-term planning. Association’s today are facing greater delinquencies and foreclosures, making the budget process for associations more challenging. This seminar will cover challenges such as this as well as pool compliance and association documents.
